The Apulian winery was founded in 1975, created by Vincenzo Solferino, who decided to commit himself to the activity of a winemaker and to produce quality wine, available to customers with an innovative approach.
Solferino Wineries have always focused on the extraordinary quality of local grapes, and not only that, at the same time they have based their success on advanced skills. Thus, the company was able to offer solutions for the design and production of wines based on the analysis of precise targets and specific markets, and on the client's requests.
Today the winery is run by Carlo and Giampaolo, sons of the founder Vincenzo, who have inherited the passion, with great attention to the quality and the evolution of the taste of the new markets, offering Salento wines such as Primitivo, Negroamaro, dried wines, organic wines, Salento wines and much more.
The company is committed to its offer on the national and international markets (exports are mainly directed to Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Scandinavian countries, USA, Canada...), with the production of wine equivalent to about 13 million bottles per year.
