Cantine Solferino is a wine company based in Sava, Taranto. It has been active since 1975, founded by Vincenzo Solferino, who decided to leave his bank job to dedicate himself to the passion of winemaking, to transform the excellent quality grape produced in the area into wine.

For the winery, the mission was immediately clear: to make a premium wine available to the national and international markets, capable of responding to consumer wishes and market developments. But not by bottling it directly, providing a wine ready to be bottled.
Immediately, the Solferino company began to make its way, starting from excellent grapes and investing in specialized skills and technologies (in 1985 the company began to thermovinify, ahead of its time), and offering products of great value and marketability to national and foreign operators.
Today, the Solferino Wineries are successfully led by Carlo and Gianpaolo, heirs of the founder Vincenzo, from whom they inherited their passion. Assisted by a qualified and valuable staff, they design fully defined wines ready to be bottled by the various wineries (in Italy, Sweden, Norway, France, England, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Canada and other countries).
