Wine production for the challenges of the domestic and foreign markets


Every year, Cantine Solferino leaves thousands of hectoliters of wine ready to be bottled and marketed. The amount of wine produced makes it possible to produce, on average, 13 million bottles a year. The recipients are wineries and operators in the sector, active on the markets of many countries: Italy, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, England, Switzerland, Germany, France, USA, Canada...

The exported wine is the result of a long planning work. The grapes are mostly produced in the Sava vineyards, and are of extraordinary quality. All suppliers follow what is established by the company's technicians, who develop quality protocols, placed under strict control.

Everything is planned in advance, agreed with the client, also on the basis of the analysis of the wine market and the changing tastes of the final consumer. There are various wines made, rosé and red, Primitivo, Negroamaro, passita, organic wines, Salento wines and others, intended for Italian and non-Italian operators.

The quality of the wine is the basis, but it can't be enough, you can't stop at this. Wine products evolve, they are created with specific objectives, to face the new challenges of the markets, the evolutions of a segment as changeable, growing and constantly changing as that of wine.
