The company is led with passion and innovative vocation by Carlo and Gianpaolo Solferino. Carlo deals with administrative management; Giampaolo explores the markets, studies the news, the evolution of consumer tastes, and then they agree with the customer on the type of wine to be made.

Starting from established quality protocols, the agricultural producers of Sava and Tarantino give the Solferino company's plants grapes with excellent properties. Here the laboratory — where expert oenologists, professionals who use technologies are employed — prepares the wine starting from the specific needs of the customer.
